PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The designed property features four entrances, with three located at the rear of the building, ensuring safe access to the apartments and delineating the entrance to the service area situated on the main street. The building comprises underground parking, a ground floor with services, and three residential floors. The apartments are designed as two-bedroom and three-bedroom units in a classic style, providing a broad range of choices based on cost and occupancy. Each apartment includes a balcony, and the 2nd and 3rd floors have access to a terrace. The building is designed in compliance with standards, ensuring comfort and essential amenities for residents.

Every apartment offers sufficient space for a comfortable lifestyle, and an added benefit is the presence of an attached shelter and storage space in the garage. The building boasts excellent natural lighting, as it features windows on three sides, creating well-lit and airy living spaces. Each apartment has a flexible layout that can be adjusted according to the client's preferences.

This architectural design not only prioritizes functionality but also places a strong emphasis on aesthetic appeal, providing residents with a harmonious and adaptable living environment. The integration of covered parking and storage facilities further enhances the convenience and practicality of the overall design.

MASTER PLAN

A multi-family residential building is located at 28 Nad Wierzbakiem Street in one of the residential neighborhoods in Poznań. The plot includes an entrance to an underground parking lot, a convenient playground, parking spaces for people with disabilities, well-planned sidewalks, and diverse greenery.

One of the main objectives in creating the spatial development plan was to preserve the existing greenery.
